You aren’t a replica of other brides and your day is special and unique to you. You deserve a photographer who knows that and can work with you to make your wedding photography about you and your wants and dreams.
Will we delete all but a hundred or two photos to bring you only the absolute best, most exceptional images as I see it? No, we don’t do that. We give you all photos worthy images because while I may inclined to delete a photo you may find some special moment worth more than all the perfect awe inspiring photos put together. I’ve often been suprised by brides who’ll choose one photo over another. My choice might be beautiful, technically perfect, sharp as a tack…everything you could want in a photo(from an outsider’s point of view) and then they choose a photo where their beloved niece is playing in the mud and getting her dress dirty and moving so fast her hands are a blur. It may be just an instant snap on my part as I am walking by, an instant where if you wait to set up focus, composition and lighting that moment of pure joy may be gone. Those instant snaps often become some of my clients favorite photos. Once I arrive I rarely stop taking photos. Every moment is a chance to capture beauty, to discover a treasured instant, to capture your wedding day in all of it’s unique detailed glory. My photography becomes a story about you and one of the most important days of your life.
