ST. BARTHELEMY MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS
The following rules and guidelines apply to getting married in St. Barthelemy:
A couple must reside in St. Bathelemy for 41 days before they are allowed to be married there.
The documents required are:
- Birth Certificate translated into French by an approved lawyer
- Pre-marital Certificate in French performed by a doctor, signed and approved by the French Consolate
- Custom Certificate obtained at the French Consulate
- Photocopies of passports
