ST. MARTIN MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS
The following rules and guidelines apply for getting married in St. Martin:
One of the couple is required to reside on the island for at least one month prior to the St. Martin wedding.
Documents:
- Original birth certificates or copy with raised seal
- Residency card
- Certificate of good conduct
- Proof of single status
- Medical certificate with blood test issued within 3 months of wedding
All documents must be translated into French.
A Bulletin de Mariage and Livret de Famille are delivered at the ceremony.
No Fees are required.
