Tobago Wedding Just Magic!

I say this about every Tobago wedding and each one has something great about it. Maybe it is being so close to the water, maybe it is friends and family meeting on the beach a few days before the wedding, but a wedding in Tobago is truly magical!
Kevin and Jen tied the knot at the St. Joseph’s Scarborough church and had a fabulous reception at a villa just 30M from the turquoise blue ocean. Instead of a traditional guest book, I took a digital picture of each guest as they signed in before taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean with the sounds of a live steel band playing. Tables were draped with turquoise blue overlays, fresh orange orchids, blue glass, hand painted starfish, candles and sea shells for that very tropical touch!
My favourite things about this wedding:
During the calypso the dance floor was ablaze with festive rags to wave.
The Groom had a few of his favourite things served – flying fish, shark and bake sandwiches.
The Bride added bits of bling to her wedding by wrapping the stems of her bouquet
with diamantes and adding a few into the bridesmaids bouquets as well.
Colour coordinated towels for guests that ended up in the pool, which also had a fountain and lily pads that lit up at night.
I loved the self serve party bag station with an assortment of candy in shades of the colour scheme’s turquoise, blue and orange.
Guests were able to fill their own custom printed bags before leaving down the driveway adorned with candle lit luminaries.
